Bought a car and the gentleman said we will receive docs from dvla in 4 weeks. Dvla said they didn't receive anything when contacted after 6 weeks. M&a said they can't do anything and we have to sort this out by ourselves. Feel like isolated in between. One star
Stay away! Dishonest sellers and very rude.Went to see/buy a a Ford Focus C-Max, they seemed hesitant at first to even let us test drive, we had to discuss price and give a yes to buy. Then they got the car out. Once on the road, we realised the Cruise control doesn't work, when I mentioned it to the guy accompanying us, his facial expressions changed and tried to get me back to their unit as soon as, he says "I don't know how it works". When I said I Won't buy it because it wasn't working all the workers inside their little office became very rude and abrupt.The service book looked like it was stamped yesterday (car is 10 years old) so I wouldn't trust them. They are selling faulty cars! So stay away.
Brilliant set of lads here, gave me faith back in second hand car buying after my poor previous experience elsewhere, within a week after purchase ... ''mark" who I dealt with, had a new clutch fitted and a new car key "without a doubt" as the 2 what came with was about worn and didn't work 100% ... Brill service and Thanks again :D

I gave them my page details and it was then I looked and they had very kindly donated . I highly recommend the team, friendly, polite and very welcoming and they didnt critique about me buying a cheap part exchange, like another dealership did!! 5 stars from me . Keep up the good work .
Bought my car a couple months ago from them, they was very helpful and really nice people. I had a few problems with the car once i got it home but they refunded me on all the work that needed doing with no hesitation. Very easy people to deal with. Very happy with the service and my car
