So actually thought hard about this review as the staff were really helpful and was impressed with the service I had done with the car, but then so it should be for the price you pay. So the only reason for knocking off two stars was simply that after I dropped off the car I said well I better get a taxi! I got a smile and thats it! The service as always was excellent. The courtesy car was good and the time for the service was ideal for a return journey in a day.
I rang AM Leeds three days ago as my car was overdue it's service, they booked it in straight away for me no problem and fitted it in with my own time constraints while I was in Leeds. They gave me a guaranteed fixed price for the service, which to say for the marque of the vehicle was very reasonable. As I had to be at an appointment very early, the young man called Josh in the service dept who booked it in actually offered to come in earlier than his start time to help me out. My car was serviced and ready for the exact time I was told it would be. When I collected it I had a few questions i needed to know about my car and yet again Josh took the time to answer me them in a very professional and unhurried manner.Would I have my car serviced here again?Certainly,Would I recommend AM Leeds to other customers? Certainly.As a footnote, I recently purchased some Aston Martin luggage through the parts dept there and spoke with a gentleman named David.Yet again his product knowledge and service was excellent. Thank you.
