what a rude person.... slammed the phone down... such poor service... wowthey got a blue Bmw 330d advertised.... as brand new condition.... inside and out.... upon opening the the FIRST pic.... steering wheel has a massive chunk.... missing out of it...I rung and very politely asked is that a cover on the steering wheel or is the steering wheel like that... he just kept saying it's hasn't it hasn't... n when i said look at the pics you have taken... he goes thank you bye bye.... what an absolute tossa...learn some people skills.... saved me the journey....clearly the car isn't in the condition as they have advertised.... lying and saying showroom condition inside and out.... n then the steering wheel has a chunk missing out of it... like a dog has eaten it... and he's telling me I'm lying.... when it's there in 7 photos that THEY have taken.... shocked at the rudeness..avoid like the plague.... just rung another garage.... lovely service on the phone.... I shall be taking my hard earned money there instead
