Wouldnt even get a 1 star. We paid a holding fee for a car that we wanted to go away and think about overnight. We were told we would get the holding fee back if we changed our mind. Well, we changed our mind and guess what, after several phone calls, and emails, and them pretending to refund by pressing the card reader buttons whilst on the phone to them, we are still out of pocket. Be very careful dealing with these guys. Its not until after this that we have heard terrible terrible things about this company. They will rob you blind.
Can't fault the place. I was looking for somewhere to buy my first car and I visited here based on other people's reviews. Nick was awesome, he didn't pester me whilst I was browsing and was extremely helpful when it came to answering any questions I had. In a nutshell he let the car sell itself. I highly recommend this place!
