This place is only intrested in profit and a quick sale. I bought a car from an early pension release. I returned to the garage 14 days later with a fault and 3 months later and still nothing done about it even though they was told the major part of the repairs would be covered by another dealer. Still no hope so what a waste this company is. Family business or not . They don't give a monkeys.
I went to this showroom to check out a new car. Spoke to a member of the sales staff about seeing a particular model, only to be told they were really popular and they don't have any in stock - fair enough. When I enquired further about the model, I was again told it was very popular and not available for at least 7 months. In the instance where a particular model is not available, as a salesperson I would expect an alternative to be suggested or some options. In this instance the salesperson couldn't even muster the energy to alter his words, trotting out the same sentence twice in succession. Avoid this place - staff show a shocking lack of professionalism and customer engagement.
