Friendly staff, all very helpful. The only rental company that let new drivers rent their cars, and so far I have never had any problems with them. Pick up service was really useful.
Great service. Seamless booking, picking up the vehicle and returning it. All processes done in a matter of minutes. Vehicle was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Done more than 10 bookings with Enterprise Sheeps Car this Summer.The staff (Jenima, Shendan , Luke, Connor, Jamie, Spencer, Tilly ,Clair) were fabulous and very friendly and accommodating. Staff is Professional, no hassle, really friendly and totally customer focused. Great spacious cars with cleanness. They also had very competitive rates and the car itself was far better than we expected for the price. I will always encourage all others to use Enterprise service.Always offering free Pickup/Drop to my office.This is the best in my long experience of renting car.Thanks for making our Summer memorable.Without any doubt, this is five-star service! Unhelpful, surly and more interested in being 'right' than being of any assistance. I have 2 names, I can prove I am both but they were not interested in that; just their 'authorisation' system. I have hired vans at the company a lot over the last year but not anymore. I also hired one at the Cupar Branch with no problem " Well, This is Leeds " said the pugnacious young man. Like that actually means anything at all. Take a lesson in problem solving rather than just repeating your company policy. By the way, I have rented another van with another company were interested in helping me get the van I needed. My ID was checked and verified, a van was produced. I will not be back to Enterprise.
I came from Nashville, TN to visit a friend from Leeds. My travel mate and I rented a car here and it was excellent. They gave us a discount on the second driver and insurance, and upgraded our car at no extra cost because they only had one automatic transmission for the stupid Americans haha. Every employee was very nice, ask for Conor Barnes, hes the one who hooked us up. Thank you Enterprise, Im a loyal customer for life now!
