this company should be closed. I hired a 5-door car, I got a 3-door car because in the state there is no 5-door car. I paid for a 5-door car instead of a 3-door car !!! liars !!! no one can help me. They took the money and do not want to give it back. The case will be explained with the lawyer. be careful!
Very helpful guy at the collection point and I was given a new VW Polo at a great price. Unfortunately the previous driver must have been smoking in the car despite the fact that it isn't allowed.
Rubbish company quick enough to take my money. My car broke down in Leeds but said they could only deliver to my billing address in Hartlepool. I needed the car to get home. Finally agreed to rent me the car. Then rang me 2 minutes before I set off to pick the car up to tell me they hadn't got any cars. Too late to book one anywhere else
Europcar.co.uk is a joke I spend between 6 an 8k per year, I'm privileged VIP member, and 3 times this week they could not provide me with a car, 2 times had to cancel my bookings the 3rd time I was told they would call me when a car was available, Why let me book and take payment on line if you dont have any cars. Very disappointing, also if you have been unlucky and damaged a car you will be charged for the damage but the car does not get repaired Europe car then expects the next customer to drive around in the damaged car,
BRILLIANT! Emailed them late Sunday night for next day booking for a van since our removal guy let us down and now I'm glad he did. Worked out so much cheaper. It was a super quick service and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Could not fault these guys on anything even if I tried
