Exceptional service especially from one member of the staff - Amy!
I was a few hours late due to travel delay from the Netherlands. Hertz decided to give away my PREPAID car to another customer. When I came in the afternoon, the person behind the counter said they didn't have my car, or any other car left. They just sent me away and kept the money that I paid online. I had to recover my money via a difficult complaint procedure. This was my worst customer experience ever. There are many more car rental companies in the same centre at Leeds Bradford airport that are much more reliable and helpful, such as Europcar.
I am again happy to provide a good review for Hertz rental at LBA.I booked through the airline and filtered it to this company.Firefly is Hertz.On arrival was greeted by Amy.The whole process was very quick indeed with the contract prepared, a choice of cars as well.No pressure for extras or anything.Previous damage pointed out.Harry the return man was helpful when I advised I was returning car before the opening hours.The car was clean and had less than 4000km on it.My deposit returned within 24 hours100% recommend them. Will be back again in a few monthsThanks Amy and Hertz
Polite customer service, friendly and approachable. However there was a reason i booked the size of car i did, when i went to collect i was extremely disappointed in being given something smaller
Never use. Rented a car, for a few days, on way back filled it up and drove all way from town, about 20-30 min. Staff picked on one touch off fuel tank, but said wont charge me , so i didn't worry. Week later took from my account 23 , for max. 5 liters. Ok i thought, fair enough, my mistake should ask for bill straight away. Month after while checking through bank statement so more than 100 taken from my account. Thought I've been a fraud victim. Started to call bank and ready to block everything. Turn out it was them. No email, no phone call, no nothing. Just took my money for fun, looks like. Never been so frustrated by using somebody's service
