Got an excellent deal on the room and breakfast. Staff were friendly, rooms were big, clean, comfortable and tidy. There was a good range at breakfast - something for everyone. 10 minute walk into the centre of Leeds.
So cheap!Really nice hotel - would expect it to cost twice as much.All you can eat breakfast until 11am was included free and was welcome after a heavy night of drinking.Will be back!
I cannot give these guys a good enough review. I arrived to check in with my 8 year old daughter, and when trying to pay, my card was declined. Upon further investigation, I had not been paid and so couldn't pay the cost of my room in advance. The staff were so helpful, they split my payments into 3 and helped keep us comfortable and calm in a very stressful situation. They brought us tea and biscuits and did everything they could to help remedy the situation. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely be back. Room was beautiful, food was of a consistently high standard, and all of the staff were amazing!
Great customer service. Not impressed that the previous occupant of the room had their pyjamas still hanging in the bathroom. So how thorough is the cleaning? In general this is a good cozy place with a very standard feel. Nothing exceptional other than some of the staff.
Even though something went wrong with our booking the front desk staff were polite and resolved the issue efficiently. The room was clean and of sufficient size. I do however suggest a complimentary bottle of still water in each room would be a nicer touch rather than buying from a dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast was good in quantity and quality. The fact that they had cups to take your coffee with you was a clever gesture which was appreciated by the customers.
