Tidy enough and well kept with good accessibility from public transport and good views across the city. Staff were excellent and helped no end.
Check in staff very friendly. Clean hotel. Smelled lovely in the reception area. Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely, big, clean room. Comfy bed. Big window with view of the city and pennines. Deep bath and power shower. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection. Would definitely use this hotel again when in Leeds!
Very nice room and bathroom. Large and clean. Nice facilities. Awesome location.The light switches are a bit weird because the switch for the light of one side is on the opposite side of the bed and vice versa. Also to access all the lights, you have to use the switches next to the bed, so you would have to walk around the bed to your partner's side to control the lights because they don't have all the switches on the wall next to the door.I've been to so many hotels but I've never seen a shower+bathtub like theirs. I didn't understand how all the knobs are supposed to work in the beginning and ended up getting splashed with hot and cold water a lot while trying to figure it out. The bathtub faucet doesn't seem to turn on without making the shower on. The control for the temperature is the same knob for turning it on or off and there is another knob without any labels that's supposed to control which parts turn on and off, but at the same time control the pressure.The things mentioned above aren't much of an issue for us, the main reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because the staff are not very friendly. They don't smile and we even feel like they are not happy to serve us. We expected to have a more professional staff since it's a nice hotel.
Really good! My two daughters, my wife and me were comfortable. The people in the hotel were comprehensive and friendly! We felt like in our own home
I cannot find anything to fault at this hotel. The service has been exceptional. Arrived early yesterday for birthday celebrations with my husband at 10.30am to leave luggage so we could explore Leeds. Check in is normally between 2-3pm but we were able to check at 10.30am as the staff looked to see if any were available. The room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The bar area is nice and staff are very welcoming. Just been for breakfast and the staff were anazing and very attentive. Lots of food to pick from and we were very pleased. Got another day here and me and the husband will definitely be coming back and will recommend here to all our friends and family.
