A beautiful hotel, me and my partner stayed here when we went to Leeds festival, was quite expensive but it was Leeds festival so I think that may have played a role in the price of the room for that weekend. Can't really comment on much else about the place as we didn't really spend a lot of time there. The breakfast in the morning was nice though before setting off on our journey back home.

I wouldnt recommend the place. It requires the refurbishment, the room are old style or even retro... . The food is below average... The room could be also in better cleaning condition.

So my Mam in Law and Aunt stayed here last weekend for 2 nights whilst attending The Nathan Carter show at The Irish Centre. The room was excellent. Clean well appointed and actually quite luxurious. It was an executive sweet. A coffe machine, robes and slippers, water in the fridge. An iron and board and a hairdryer. The breakfast (included) was varied, hot and tasty. Also a great breakfast time 8am till 11am WOW. We all had a bar meal on the Saturday. It was amazing. Great price. Great portions and definitely recommend the pulled brisket sandwich. All of the staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and approachable. Above all Our guests would definitely return. And even though we live in Leeds we will be back for food and drinks. A special mention To Mick (night porter).

Recently visited Leeds and stayed in the Novotel. The hotel itself was well equipped and had a suitable location. Within walking distance to The Calls and some of the city centre where we went out in the evening. Possibly a little trek with lots of shopping bags but still decent. The pillows were not hypoallergenic which was an issue for the person I was staying with. Paired with the unusual 'choose your own firmness' pillows it did not make for a good night's sleep. Parking was also 12 per night in a very tight car park which seemed high. Besides the negative points, the facilities were good in the hotel. I'd give this another go in the future, although I'd bring my own pillows.

The place is clam and quiet. Good choice for a peaceful stay. Staffs are also helpful. Food is good too. Room amenities were great. The view is not much pleasing from the hotel. However, the train station and most of the city attractions are not far from this place which is very helpful.
