Had a lovely stay here with my girlfriend, with brilliant staff and plenty of good food provided by room service. When we had a noise complaint from the partying outside late at night because the window was damaged, the staff acted really promptly. They also moved us to a quiet bedroom along with 2 complimentary breakfasts and 2 free drinks at the bar which was much appreciated! The bar was also nice, and the bedrooms very comfy and well appointed with everything we needed. It was also a short walk over the river to the centre, but we were very comfortable in our room, so had a nice evening there. Would definitely recommenend to anyone staying in Leeds for the weekend!
Nice classy and comfy place to spend a wonderful weekend. Perfectly located in the city center but in a quite peaceful street.The rooms are standard and warm with all the necessary things to welcome your stay.Staff are pleasant and respectful, overall a good experience.Recommended
Fantastic hotel. Stayed here whilst on Leeds for a stag do and as a base was excellent really clean and very well set out. Breakfast in the morning was really good and would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area again.
Had an executive package - room was spacious and well appointed, excellent freebies (brand names - Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, Costa coffee and galaxy hot choc etc). Brilliantly situated from city centre, comfy bedding, good shower, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
I had a really nice stay here - it was a last minute booking so I got a disabled room. One of the best views out of the massive window and super clean and spacious. It was a bit noisy at night because people in rooms next door just got back from a night out so I called reception (I think they get it a lot) and someone came up and it got quiet. Then when checking out the next day they gave me a refund for the meal Id had the night before because of the disruption! Very nice - thanks for great service and a perfect room.
