Read some bad reviews so didn't know what to expect. Me and 3 friends stayed in 2 twin rooms,was a great stay overall room was great and beds comfy! Friendly staff. Breakfast was fab couldn't fault it had a lot of choice and could also take pastrys,fruit, hot drinks out etc....so that was a bonus and didn't have to check out till 12 which was . Great. Right in the centre so don't need to travel far. Would deffinatly stay here again
The hotel is amazing I got a good sleep and the staff were so polite the only bad thing was the coldness of my room after a while it warmed up but was freezing when I got there . If you stay here I would advise taking a extra blanket just in case you get a cold room . And you dont need to worry because the service is amazing . This hotel is wonderful if youre thinking about a night out.
staff were all really friendly . . our room was lush everything was clean and tidy. great location for a night out in Leeds or a day shopping and relaxing in your room/bar
Room was divine and left me and my friend a gift for our birthday! Lovely Surprise! Rooms were always left in perfect condition every day! Staff very friendly and food lovely.
Honestly, for a high-end hotel it could've been much better. My partner and I booked for a 1 night stay in a queen room recently and I wasn't fully impressed. First impressions: the door from the outside looked quite dirty, room was very clean and tidy (loved it!). But the bathroom... There was a huge stain in the toilet, the shower curtain was falling off the shower rings and the ceiling above the shower head was falling in (looked like a bit of damp). It wasn't bad, but it could've been a lot better.
