Friendly and well informed staff. Check in was a breeze. Absolutely clean room. Continental and full English breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel that's not very far from the beautiful Leeds city.

Lovely staff but room not clean lovely size room in a great location for me n my partner , the room had hairs all over the 'clean bedding' and dust all over next to no towels in the bathroom, walls were awful and looked like they never been cleaned or changed decorative TV was tiny and breakfast was lovely but only one of us ended up with this I booked a room for two adults and we ended up with one breakfast included that we didn't know about untill we went to check in at reception the lady there said only one comes with the room n the price your paying and I thought that was ridiculous because nothing said that online !
Not bad room really! Location is within walking distance to Leeds city center 10 minute walk. Only downside only one towel each and you can't dry the one you got after a shower! Still all In all cheap as chips hotel.
I've stayed here on four occasions now. It is what it is: a room with a bed and a bathroom. It is comfortable, clean, warm but basic. The food is actually really good and not over priced. 15 min walk to the station. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.UPDATE: Have used hotel again. Same room, different floor. Breakfast is excellent for a budget hotel.UPDATE 2: They had a choir in reception singing Christmas carols! Free mulled wine too. Grand.This is a budget hotel with aspirations.
